This week many of you have been experiencing technical issues including system slowdowns and being locked out of your Sage Pay account. These are unintended consequences of some essential work being carried out to ensure transaction processing remains constant. We have now identified the root cause of these issues and have been able to put a fix in place.
Although we cannot guarantee that there will be no more errors, we are confident that the work completed this week will be a major step forward in returning Sage Pay services to the high levels you expect.
